1. Services

The Accounting Agency provides professional bookkeeping and accounting services including, but not limited to: Monthly Bookkeeping, QuickBooks & Xero Setup, Accounts Receivable, E-commerce Bookkeeping, Month-End Reporting, Bookkeeping Cleanup, and Accounts Payable management.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information required to perform the agreed services. The Accounting Agency is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Accounting Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
